We're pleased to introduce a new online scheduling system, Ministry Scheduler Pro; this tool is designed to streamline our processes of volunteer scheduling, creating a common source for all communication and information regarding your upcoming schedule. All liturgical (and liturgy-adjacent) volunteers should have received an email about this, which included some information about how to log in to, and use, this tool. Beginning September 2026, all liturgical schedules are published in Ministry Scheduler Pro. You can view our public schedule. To see your personal schedule, log into your account from the web terminal; or log in via the mobile app for iOS or Android, with our Organization ID ChristChurchCathedralVic.
