Over the next few weeks, you’ll hear more about the Season of Creation which will take place this year between September 1 and October 4. As part of the Season of Creation, the Rev’d Ross Bliss will lead a book discussion group on Annie Dillard’s Pilgrim at Tinker Creek. Dillard describes her book as “a sustained nonfiction narrative about the fields, creeks, woods, and mountains near Roanoke, Virginia.”  The book, an exhilarating tale of nature and its seasons, attempts to describe the creator by studying creation, making it a compelling meditation to help us see with new eyes and appreciate nature around us.   We will host a series of online discussions on Dillard’s book on the following Saturdays: September 5, 12, 19, 26 and October 3

You are invited to register at the office so we can order sufficient copies. Or you can find your own copy and let us know you will be joining the discussion, so we can send you the link to the zoom meeting. Books are 20.00 each. Please notify us of your interest by August 15th to allow time for ordering and shipping. Email: frontdesk@christchurchcathedral.bc.ca or call 250-383-2714
