Saturdays in March and April 2019
Christ Church Cathedral puts great store in the inspirational value of presenting talented young singers and instrumentalists and is delighted to present a beautiful spring series of Saturday concerts. Admission to the afternoon concerts is by suggested donation, and tickets are now available for purchase for the two evening events.

With UVic Voice Ensemble, Victoria Baroque & Christ Church Cathedral Handel's pastoral opera, Acis and Galatea, is his most popular dramatic work. Stage Director Isaiah Bell, Music Director Larry Beckwith.
March 23 8 pm Choir of Clare College, Cambridge Tickets HERE
Pre-concert talk at 7.10 pm. Thirty-two voices-strong, the fresh young vocalists of the Choir of Clare College give a complete performance of Tomas Luis de Victoria’s 1605 Requiem – widely considered one of the last great masterworks of the Renaissance – interwoven with English and Spanish Passiontide motets by Tallis, Byrd, Victoria, and others. (Co-production with Early Music Society of the Islands)
