Topic: Reverential Naturalism: Religion and Spirituality in the Pacific Northwest
Speaker: Paul Bramadat, PHD, Director, Centre for Studies in Religion and Society at UVic

Join us for a conversation about the peculiar religious and spiritual profile of the "Cascadia" bio-region. How is it that the region is the called "none zone" because of its low level of religious/institutional affiliation, but is also home to both thriving expressions of Indigenous spiritualities and a kind of default orientation that we might call "reverential naturalism"? What might this all mean for Christians, or for non-Christians interested in spiritual fulfilment, the good life, and the good society?
