St Cecilia’s Day Musical Open House and Bake Sale
Wall to wall free concerts at Christ Church Cathedral in annual musical showcase event
Join us to mark the beginning of the festive season with our annual all-day open house and Christmas bake sale! With performances and creations from an array of talented Victoria musicians, the day will appeal to lovers of music with something for virtually everyone!
The day starts at 9.00 a.m. with a trip up the bell tower with the Cathedral Bellringers, then back-to-back performances from some of Victoria's finest musicians including Cookeilidh, Rob Fillo, the Victoria Organ Studio, the UVic Guitar Studio, Stephanie Greaves, the Odd Hack Band, Louise Rose, and more! We wrap up with a very special Choral Evensong service dedicated to St Cecilia at 5.00 pm feature the Cathedral Choirs and many returning alumni! Come for an hour, or stay for the day - and while you're here, don't miss the famous Cathedral Bake Sale! Arrive early so you don't miss your favourite treats!
