“Beauty and Madness”: Music for the Pause Exclusive Live Event!
Sunday, September 27 3.00pm and 6.00pm
We are delighted to announce that Music for the Pause will return for one more very special event. Join violinist Chloe Kim in person in Christ Church Cathedral’s large main worship space, along with several of the musicians featured during this incredibly successful online summer event for a highlights program, including music for strings by J.S. Bach, Buxtehude, and Vivaldi. Due to the cathedral’s social distancing measures, there will be two showings of the concert, with attendance strictly limited to keep a group size of 50. Purchase your non-transferable ticket soon to ensure your place. Co-presented by Early Music Society of the Islands, Victoria Baroque, EMV: Pacific Baroque Series, and Christ Church Cathedral.
With special thanks to the Gail O'Riordan Climate & the Arts Legacy Fund through the Victoria Foundation.
