Choral Evensong takes place at Christ Church Cathedral every Sunday at 4.00pm and Wednesdays during school term at 5.00pm. This meditative act of devotion is almost entirely sung by the choir, open to people of all faiths and none, and free of charge.
During school term time, the Wednesday Choral Evensong is sung by the Young Choristers or the Cathedral Schola. Outside of school term, the Wednesday Choral Evensong is replaced by Said Evening Prayer at 5.00pm in the Lady Chapel.
