Choral Scholar Oxford-bound

Third-year UVic voice student and Cathedral Choral Scholar, Cassidy Stahr, has been admitted to the prestigious Oxford University Choral Singing Summer School starting in June 2019, one of 28 students. “This opportunity means a lot to me because it will enrich my development as a musician in an iconic space that has contributed so much to music history and education,” she said. After graduation, Stahr hopes to be a touring performer and eventually a private instructor.
