Join Calgary-based guitarist Ben Lahring for a compelling solo program that bridges past and present. The recital features original compositions by Lahring alongside evocative works by Catharina Pratten and Gabriel Diaz, and a new piece written for him by composer Michalis Andronikou. A highlight of the program is the Canadian premiere of a recently discovered previously unknown work by Mauro Giuliani.
