The cathedral has a mission to train and support the next generation of musicians. We offer scholarships to members of the Cathedral Schola amounting to about $6,000 per year. In addition, we have a limited number of $1,200 junior scholarships available to high school students and early-year undergraduates for participation in the Cathedral Choir.
Our organ scholarship program is in conjunction with the University of Victoria School of Music. Our current organ scholar, Amiel Elfert, is pursuing a BMus in Organ Performance and studies with our organist, Dr Mark McDonald.
