Snowy conditions in Victoria overnight caused a tricky commute this morning with bus route cancellations and some closures around the city. Many roads have since been cleared or partially cleared and the forecast this afternoon and evening calls for moderate rain and temperatures around 5 degrees, which should clear more snow. 

Our Solemn Epiphany service will still go ahead at 7.00 pm.
