Anglican 101 - January 9, 2022
Calendar of the Church Year – Sanctorale

In addition to being structured by seasons and feasts the liturgical year is also punctuated by commemorations, memorials and other ways of signifying martyrs and saints. Reverend Canon Bill Morrison will be speaking from his long and deep experience with worship planning and faith practice to help us understand and appreciate how these traditional observations and elements are both complimentary to and sometimes distinctive from our Holy Days and church seasons.

NOTE: This session will be on Zoom only

About Anglican 101

Our long running Anglican 101 is intended as a series of short primers on aspects of the Anglican tradition as well as some general topics of Christian faith or faith practice, from an Anglican perspective. These sessions begin with a short presentation followed by a time for questions and conversation and usually wrap up within a half hour.  Our hope is that you will find these sessions both interesting and helpful in your own understanding and faith practice.  We are also open to ideas, so if you are curious about something we do or believe, or just want to learn more about some aspect of faith - please let us know by emailing or calling the office with your suggestion.
